Kriya Yoga Experience

Started reading Kriya books specially Swami Nityanand Giris's book Kriya Yoga: Science of Life force. and today 5th Sept 2022 did Set of Kriya 1. Guru Pranam 2 Nabhi Kriya 3. Hamsa Kriya 4. Om Meditation 5 Mahamudra 6 Kriya I 7 Jyoti Mudra 8 Meditation in Sambhavi, Unmani and eyes goes up above the head. There was no activity in the lower Chakra. Started with Japa for 1 hour before starting Kriya and all energy were at Agya chakra. During Kriya all sensation were at Sahasrara chakra. Even Hamsa Kriya Ham and Sa were changing from Inspiration --Expiration to Expiration inspiration automatically. During the Jyoti Mudra Gayatri Mantra started automatically then Om Namah Shivay and Guru Mantra. Almost 1.5 hour finished. Thanks for Shiva's feedback and encouragement on Sunday (yesterday). 

Found Shyamacharan Lahiri organization in Hyderabad and they agreed to give Deekasha on 18th Sept 2022. They asked me to read Puran Purush Shyamacharan Lahiri which I finished in 5 days from 27th August. They asked to read trilogy of other two books Who is Shyamacharan and Shyamacharan and Nonduality. 

Kriya Yoga: Synthesis of a Personal Experience. Ennio Nimis. 2018 Edition was very encouraging, how he faced problem in advancing in Kriya yoga due to secrecy maintained by everyone and all new Gurus were telling his previous technique were wrong. Finally, he learned from books and published it which is very clear disposition of Kriya. But I followed Swami Nityanand Giri's book which is very authentic, and he is also from Yukteshwar Giri lineage of disciple. He has given all technique very clearly and his experience also. Another book of Original Kriya yoga is also good, but techniques are not as clear. 

5th Sept 22 got up at 12am and after watching You tube video from Kriya yoga Shakti Peeth did Kriya on the bed after Guru Mantra and Guru Pranam. Got Blessing from Mahaavatar Babaji.

6th Sept 2022 morning after Sri Vidya Meditation relaxed and did not feel to do Kriya Pranayama. After caution from Sandi di who is a Senior YSF, I realized that Kriya I and II is to awaken Kundalini from the Muladhar. Since it is already sitting at Agya and Sahasrara, skipped all violent breathing steps and did only Guru mantra and Pranam follow by Kriya meditation at Agya chakra. But instead of Hamsa mantra Devi Navarn Mantra was happening which I did not disturb.  

Evening did full set with little variation like Beej mantra of different chakra during meditation and Hamsa meditation. During Kriya meditation Navarn mantra was coming and during Sambhavi mudra meditation Gayatri Mantra. Guru Pranam with Guru mantra in each chakra. There is quite similarity between Kriya sadhana and Sri Vidya sadhana. 

7th Sept. Got up late 4.30am. Thought of combing Sri Vidya with Kriya since both are to activate Kundalini. It was quite smooth and interesting since Pranayam was making mind more alert and calmer. Mantra of Sri Vidya used during meditation after each Pranayama. HamSau became OmNamoBVD manta and Navarn Devi Mantra. Session lasted almost 1.4hours. Spiritual paths are unlike physical path where you can take simultaneously several paths and they are complimentary. Ultimate aim is to reach the ONE. 

8th Sept: Blending Kriya, Guru Mantra and Sri Vidya is working very well and becoming more interesting. But in the evening after talking and sharing experiences with Monju Di, Pradeep Kandot, Mukesh, Shiva and Pankaj. Took afternoon nap after Jap from 2-4pm and did Sadhana from 6pm to 7.30pm not very good today. 

9th Sept. Got up at 2am and meditation was good with Sri Vidya and Kriya combination for 2 hours. Begin reding Puran Purush again slowly. Evening did Jap but not Kriya. Got new book Who is Shyamacharan and Shyamacharan and Adwitawad. 

10th Sept: Began reading Who is Shyamacharan? Very little stuff more criticism and defending and eulogizing. Did evening and Night Japa but no Kriya in the evening.

11th Sept. Got up at 4 and did Kriya Srividya in the morning. Booked ticket and Hotel to Vrindavan next week. Registered in Yogada. Monjudi and Sandydi were insisting. Deeksha in Sanathan Shymacharan Mission is on 18th Sunday. Did 20K Guru mantra while in bed.

12th Sept: Got up at 3.30 am and did Kriya Srividya. Guru pranam was one time with both inhalation exhalation while bending down. Followed by Guru Mantra of Srividya, Nabhi Kriya, Sri vidya mantra both Navkari and Beej. Hamsa, Shodasi Mantra. Kriya 1, Meditation with Navarn mantra, Jyoti mudra and Sambhavi meditation.  

13th Sept did Morning Kriya Sri Vidya, Contacted YSS but they were insisting on getting lessons before contacting any senior Swami Suddhanand, Shraddhanand. Evening did Japa and finished Yogacharan and Nonduality book. 

14th Sept did Kriya Srividya and filled YSS lessons. Paid 2000 Rs as donation. 

Sandy di (SD) shared her experience from childhood how she used to play with Lord Krishna (Gopal) one day HE said I have passed urine and she saw her bed was soiled. She has kept it preserved since then. HE would say wear this sari your looking good. 

When she was around 20, She was getting repeated dream of three Saints would come and after she bowed down, she could not see the face. After a month in the morning in dream there was a loud sound of blowing of air, she heard a Mantra in her ear and she disappeared in the universe, she was kept on asking the first beej mantra but there was a beautiful bhajan of Govind. Dream ended with similar sound. She could not hear clearly the Beej Mantra. She did not know Who he was. After sharing the dream with Swamiji from Tilwaraghat (Jabalpur) he showed some photographs, and she recognized the feet of one who was a Nacked saint of Tarakeshwar (WB) Jagannath swami and gave the Beeja Mantra which she is still practicing. 

She wanted to have a living Guru did not want to drop the Mantra. Monju Di (MD elder cousin) who was practicing Kriya Yoga from Yogoda Satsang Society advised to take Deeksha. She had seen MD who goes into deep trance with contortions of the body unlike other Kriyaban of the society. In 2013 she attended a Retreat and seeing Paramhans Yoganand there was a flow of tears, she understood HE is her Guru. She took Deeksha from Swami Iswaranand and progressed to Kriya II. After doing Kriya normally she takes rest closing her eyes. One day after rest when she opened eyes, saw a short white rishi with white beard came but did not speak after some time he disappeared like a mist in the background. She is still not sure of who HE was. 

After 18th Deeksha cancellation immediately wrote to Swami Nityanand and extended my journey from Vrindavan to Rishikesh and booked a room in Osho Ashram near Kriya yoga ashram. 

17th Sept. Rajdeep Dutta was sharing his Kriya Yog initiation at Kolkata 1.5 years back from Yukteswar Giri another lineage Swami Sebanond. Four friends went to test the Guru and asked 

us something so that we can believe you. Guru asked them to do Jyoti mudra for 7 days. He had vision of some color lights, not very convinced went for Deeksha. After first friend came out after Deeksha was dazed, could not talk and slept. When Rajdeep went, Guru touched his both legs with his knee and there was 2000 Volt current shock. He had vision of lights and then lost his sense came back. He came back home after night sleep he was absolutely fresh. But he is not continuing due to busy schedule. 

He was also sharing his talk with Shankar swami who has visited Gyan Ganj and met Jagdeesh Chandra Bose and Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose. Other visitors were Bankimchandra Chattopadhyay and Vishuddhanand, Ram Thakur and Srimali from Banaras. Chorone Chorone Chorom Bindu book. 

September 27th morning 8am was Deeksha on 7chakras and kapalbhati followed by meditation for almost 1.5hrs. I developed pain in the legs and presyncope. But came home drunk in divine energy and slept but my pingla Nadi was active till 2am. Slept when Ida became active.

28th got up at 3.30am did Nabhi Kriya and Sri Vidya.

Assan siddhi, Vaak siidhi and meditation on breath was taught.

Khechari mudra, Guru pranam and Hamsa Meditation was taught. 

29th September Mahamuda, Kriya I, Jyothi mudra and Sambhavi mudra 

30th September all kriyas repeated for 2hours.

In the evening did Guru pranam, Sri Vidya, Hamsa Kriya, Kriya I and dropped Mahamuda, Jyothi mudra and Sambhavi Kriya. 

1st October: Today got up at 2.40am did short meditation. Evening meditation is also short.

2nd October after short meditation followed by breakfast came to Rishikesh Yog villa.

In Yog villa we read a book on Kriya yoga darshan by Swami Shankaranand and came to his Ashram in Tapovan Rishikesh on 4th October and took deeksha on 5th October. It is more simplified version than what Nityanand Giri taught. We have planned to stay here for 40days.

6th October Deeksha was simple in a group one by one at 9am. There were 6 Russian one Japanese and we 3 Indian. Afternoon we had demonstration of Kriyas. Evening Shankaranand Swami again demonstrated and told story about 7seals of Bible in Chapter of Revelation. 

7th October morning did meditation in the morning with instructions. Went around and up in the Ashram. Evening Swmi Sahankaramand told how our body is consist of 7 generation from mother side and 7 from father and seven from self. All the features are from 21 generation of Ancestors. To get rid of our Ego it is very difficult and explained how Durga has 10 hands and we have to scarifies 10 bad qualities to win. 

8th October in the evening he told about how our inhalation is God and Exhalation is Ghost. Inhalation is life and exhalation is death.  When we talk with exhalation is nothing but satisfy our Ego which is Duryodhan and Mind is Blind Dhritarast. Karn is ear which is illegitimate child so it is waist our energy. 

9th October morning meditation was guided by Swami Shankaranand. Evening he introduced Cosmic Astrology, an Acendent is a breath and Kriya breath is 3/min or 180/hr, which is Uttarayan and 180 Dakshinayan= 360 degree. Saturn to sun and moon are related to each chakra.

11th October morning Babaji said Asura are Yogi. There are 5 Klesh Avidya at Muladhar, Asmita (over identify with ego)at Swadhisthan, Rag (desire)at Manipur, Dwesh (avoidence, aversion) at Anahat and Abhinawesh (fear of death and will to live) at Vishudhi. 

Narada story how he was sent to earth to get initiated by first human being seen first. He went and met first a Sweeper in Brahmins colony next day he met a fisherman in the form of Narayan and got initiated. This was to reduce his ego. As his place was always cleaned by Laxmi since it was so impure dut to his Ego.

We shifted from Kriya Yog Ashram on 14th October morning due to restriction on talking and food. 

Next day I did Kriya with Sri Vidya as before minus Guru Pranam and Mahamudra. 

After coming back from Ashram did Kriya practice at Yoga villa but came to Jabalpur on 17th November and then to Pondicherry and ther was a break.

After coming to Hyderabad in December 14th restarted Kriy and since last week of December morning Kriya is happening very good. Starting from Nyasa. Then Siddhkunjika Stotra for 3 times then Sri Vidya sadhana, followed by Guru pranam for 1-2 hours, So Ham meditation for half an hour and Kriya one today for 72 breath, Jyothi mudra almost for 4 hours.

1.1.23: Kriya yoga sadhana changed to meditation which was more natural and spontaneous. 

My Journey of Awakening

 Full moon day 14th June 2022 (Vat Purnima Jagannath Snan Purnima )

For the last few days I was watching Param Pujya Yug-Purush Swami Parmanand Giri Ji Maharaj YouTube channel. He has one of the clearest concept of Nonduality and express in very logical lucid way and also talks about how he got awakened by his Guru.

Sunitha Sapur (Dietician) from Apollo was insisting me to read Nisargadatta Maharaj's book "I am that". But it was very boring to ask in meditation Who am I repeatedly. Samyuka Pai Psychologist and Shiva Manager IT SSSIHMS (Satya Sai Hospital Bengaluru) are also staunch believer of Nonduality and Raman Maharshi's followers. 

For last one year I was reading Yoga Vashistha the ultimate treatise on Nonduality a conversation between Lord Ram and his Guru Vashistha. Ram was depressed after coming back from pilgrimage and had deep detachment from the world. Vashistha explained with several stories that how this world is nothing but a long dream. Ultimate truth never changes.

I was expecting some form of sudden transformation where I will change totally. But Swami Parmanand Giri was explaining how subtle it is just change of track and told a joke. Once two passenger boarded in a train from Delhi one had to go to Mumbai and other to Kolkata. One was on upper birth and other in lower. When they were chatting one said I am going to Mumbai and other to Kolkata. Then one said see how things have changed in BJP Raj upper birth is going to Kolkata and lower to Mumbai. Guruji was explaining how subtle it is to change our thinking from body mind consciousness to Brahma consciousness or Brahma Vidya. He was telling it is difficult and takes time but possible with repeated effort. Yoga Vashistha also insist on this perseverance.

Yesterday (14th June) there was a discussion about Nimitta (निमित्त) in our WhatsApp Group Effervescent started by Dr Partha Kolita few years ago. When discussion heated Dr Amol Kanti Sen (Cardiologist from Jabalpur) called me and asked why I am not helping people by teaching about Sanatana (सनातन) Dharma. I refused smiling, that it is not my path. Then I called Rajagopal Panchapakeshan (मुन्ना) who is also from Jabalpur and a Tamil Genius Brahmin (Ayer) and as usual has very good knowledge of Indian Scripture. He was in Rishikesh. We were discussing about Nonduality or Advaita philosophy the ultimate way to get enlightened or better word awakened. I said till I get awakened I will not stop.

Evening I was listening to few lectures of Swami Parmanand and then Swami Vivekanand lecture of how to do Atmaanubhuti. It was good initially but later become boring so I slept. Evening meditation I was asking Ma Kali to get awakened. In the Moring when I got up at 3am I realized that I am not the body and mind. Meditation was witnessing this body and various thoughts of my childhood and since I was first awakened after my first meditation in 1980.

Psychosurgery

 SN called me after long time his wife had posterior circulation stroke. He was very depressed she was disoriented and admitted in ICU. After discharge she came home but still disoriented. I suggested to do Psychosurgery. He was trying Homeopathy, Acupuncture and Reiki. He was my Reiki Guru. After 3 days of intense Psychosurgery when Ma Kali appeared and opened the brain remove all clots and cleaned it with Hibiscus flower her favorite. On 4th day SN called me that she got up in the mooring and started recognizing everyone and later started cooking and doing Pooja. Stroke has natural recovery but it varies from person to person especially in young recovery is good due to Neuroplasticity. 

Dr. Narasimhan 60 years old came from Parthi for a manor stroke he had fall while sitting on toilet, and transient weakness of the hand. MRI showed stenosis of ICA and small vessel infarcts. He was not hypertensive or Diabetic. Patent Foramen Ovale was found and Cardiologist suspect embolization from heart. But he never had any similar symptom before. Next day I did intense Psychosurgery to open the block. He came after 2 days and did CT Angio to confirm the stenosis but it was normal. They suspected due to low sensitivity of MRI Angio it may be false positive. But I new It was Psychoangioplasty. Later Dr Dass came from Bhubaneswar and closed PFO which they suspected as cause of embolic stroke.

My Daughter in Law had Ethmoid sinusitis and she was posted for surgery which she was very scared and reluctant. I did Psycho opening of Ethmoid sinus to drain the pus. next day she was asymptomatic and they avoided surgery.

My brother had hazy vision post operatively after cataract surgery due to mesh in front of lens and they wanted to do lesser surgery to remove it. I did Psychosurgery to remove the mesh and surgery was avoided. 

Recurring failed relationship

Mr KM was desperate to see me for his life taking twists and he is on the verge of depression. His father had alcohol dependency during later years of life. He did not want to have similar fate. He was heading for 4th relationship which developed over last six month, when he was passing through difficult time, after breaking his 3rd relationship. And now he has quit the job.
KM is atheist over last 6 years but he doesn't want to label himself new age follower. He practices Buddhist meditation but very difficult to concentrate. Some of his issues he told me are as follows:
Recurring dreams:

Tsunamis

Dirty bathrooms with feces

Falling from heights

Stuck at a height and unable to come back

Missing trains

In exam hall without any preparation

Many dreams of my father over the last 12 years

Other Fears:

Sexual performance, impotence

Physical hurt

Irrelevance

Growing old

Being alone

Depression if not occupied

After long chat and sharing my experiences I asked him to come for meditation to resolve his problem. At 8.45pm we started session which is semi-ritualistic. We meditated in my spiritual clinic room, Lord Ram, Saraswati Devi and at last Sirdi Saibaba sitting in cross legged posture turning to Lord Shiva in same posture.
KM had images of snakes, Lord Vishnu on a Horse turning to Kalratri (Kali).
He wanted to continue session, which we started after making him lying down. Left side there was a light which I asked him to follow, later it came to the center, guiding him to pass through the tunnel which he could not. Ny (his new friend) was telling him to go little by little to move towards the light. There was old war ship which he could see from below, on the top of the ship there was a bright trident, sky was blue and large face of Lord Shiva. Later he could go inside the ship and then towards the Lord Shiva. Ny was around, both entered the central third eye of Lord to enter into void.
There was a orange sun which turned into Ny's face, his eyes opened.
Nayana is clairvoyant, guiding KM during last six month of difficult period and now in meditation. When she last visited his home she drew a symbol of Yin and Yang.

18th April 2013

5th Feb 2014

Called to have session immediately. Came around 3.45pm. During meditation I could visualize flying Devi and then saw several Gods. Energy was flowing around my heart. When I checked KM his head was rotating and he wanted to lye down to meditate and immediately in deep trance.

" I became white bird high up, can see the earth down, sky is blue, there is no pain but no joy also. there is a burning tree, flames are reducing and I am sitting and meditating. As the fire coming down many snake coming towards me, surrounding me. Not scared of them they are surrounding my body but body is not seen. Now one snake remaining and it is Lord Shiva meditating. Fire has extinguished. Can see the hill where there is tree and Lord Shiva is sitting in dark. Tree has giving leaves and blooming again. Different kind of fruits are growing on the tree. Can see one leg of Shiva and HE started dancing (Happy dance). Trishul has gone into sky towards Sun and become one with Yellow bright sunlight." 

He opened eyes after powerful short meditation which was more metaphorical then literal. It was like day dreaming without any control of him.

After loosing his job KM was depressed and going through lots of introspection but unable to meditate. 

 

Few more Dreams

Few months ago I had a dream, where I was swimming effortlessly with my son on the top of water (normally your feet sing when you sink unless you are good swimmer) , there was water in clean lake with cliff.
Then, I saw myself standing on a swimming pool in my home (not the present one) I could feel water depressed under my feet and thinking how I am standing due to surface tension of water.
Next morning there were several mattress floating on the water and when my elder sister was trying to walk before I could warn her she sank inside water after putting feet on the mattress and I was helping her to bring out of the water.

Another dream I saw Dr NC Borah our present Chairman of GNRC Hospital Guwahati and my younger brother living in a isolated house. He was tall and senior, we were sitting in a chair in open ground, he was in the middle and I was on the right and my brother left. A saint wearing saffron dress came in weal chair and started blessing all of us in the center of head from left to right. When he touched my head I could feel the nail prick but not energy flowing like last time when a Muslim saint initiated me in Sri Lanka. We soon realised that he was Jesus Christ in Indian Saint dress.

Tapaswani Dreamt Devies

Today Monday 12th Oct 2020 Tapaswini had a dream of all Devies, in red sari, black sari Kalima, Red sari on horse, and white sari on Cow beautifully groomed.  There was water and fire all over. Devies were calling her to their abode telling her everything will be destroyed. They explained the worthlessness of this world. Kali ma was doing Tandav dance. It was all like real experience. She was scared and hiding around. She didn't want to go with them. At last she saw Devi with multiple heads and hand sitting on Lion. 

Fear of Coronavirus?

Today Shakti experienced throatache we isolated her In a clinic, put mask and asked her to go home and not to come to work for a week. After she went home, she was feverish and a thought entered her mind that she has Corona and she will die, her whole body spontaneously trembled in fear. She forced herself to close her eyes instantly heard the crisp voice that : " all this is a play to push people to higher ideals , push them beyond". 

Though Shakti is still feverish , she is not fearful of death or any deadly virus.
