When I see these vivid dream, my sleep vanishes. It was early morning may be 4am. We went by car to Jabalpur University with my brother and Shilpi my daughter in law. University is on the back side of Badhiya line where we used to live in childhood. After parking car Shilpi went to keep her bag in a open room, I followed her to keep my briefcase. I saw her bag on the floor, she was looking for me and we rotated around a pillar to find each other. There was a cut head of a 50years old man, the eyes of head blinked, body was beside it was one of her college mate's father. there was no emotion or crowd. slowly few friends came but the girl was quite. I was thinking who is this person, then recollected that, one of her colleagues father had gone out of home and they are in search.
Modern medicine, with its foundations in the tangible world, has brought remarkable progress to our comprehension of the body. Yet, the mysteries of the cosmos and the depths of human experience often hint at a reality that transcends purely physical explanations. "Medicine Beyond Medicine" ventures into this broader landscape, integrating insights from spiritual philosophy to question our assumptions and explore the deep synergy between the physical and the unseen aspects of well-being.

Search of Bhimashankar Dham @ Guwahati Assam Part 1
April 2011 while watching Om Namah
Shivay in Sahara one TV channel in Guwahati, I came to know about the
story of Bhimasur. Kumbhakarna had love with Karkati, daughter of Patal
Loke King. When Ravana came to invite Karkati’s father and Kumbhakarna
to fight with Ram. Kumbhakarna did not want to come until Ravan agreed
to get him married to Karkati. At last on the advice of Narada, they got
married and Kumbhakarna left Karkati till the war was over. After
Kumbhakarna’s death Karkati gave birth to Kumbhakarna’s son. Who was
named as Bhimasur after being trained by Karkati to fight against Ram.
Bhimasur did penance to get boon from Lord Brahma.
He later challenged Lord Vishnu to fight with him, which he agreed and lost war with him to keep Lord Brhama’s boon. This made Bhimasur arrogant and he started conquering various kingdoom and imprisoned the king of Priyadharman and his wife Dakshinadevi of Kamrupa.
King Priyadharman and his wife were worshinping Lord Shiva even in prison. When Bhimasur send his army to stop King worshiping, but they were destroyed by rage of Lord Shiva and later Bhimasur was also killed by Lord. The place where king was worshiping Lord Shiva was named after Bhimasur as Bhimasharkar.
After watching the serial on Sunday I was returning back to Hyderabad from Guwahati. On the way to Airport visiting Lankeshwar Dham A Shiva temple on the top of a hill after Guwahati Univercity. I asked priest casually “where is Bhimashakar Dham?” to my surperise he got up and showed me down the hill on the back side of Deeporbeel Bhimashakar Dham. When I asked him how he knows about it he told a different story, which according to him was revealed to him in his meditation 40 years ago. It was similar to TV version except he told that Bhimasur wanted to take revenge from anyone praying Ram (Vishnu). He imprisoned the Devotee of Lord Ram a King in Kamrup and then Lord Vishnu appeared and killed him with Sudarshana Chakra. The place was named after Bhimasur as Bhimasankar which is one of the Jyotirlingam.
I wanted to confirm it from net , and found there is a Bhimashakar Dham in Bhimashanker Village of Bhavagiri 50 km north west of Khed, near Pune in Maharashtra. Story behind it was almost similar to what I came to know from last two sources. But there was a mention of real Bhimashakar dham in Guawati in Brahampuri hill according ot Shivpuran.
My next objective was to go through the Shivpuran to find the real story, it was offcourse about a king of Kamrup who was imprisioned and at last Lord Shiva killed Bhimasur.
Then what is Bhimashakar Dham of Pune. There are two stories goes, one about Tripurasur, who was blessed by Lord Ganesh was killed by Lord Shiva in Bhim rup and second was probably Karkati the mother of Bhimasur was from Pune and he went to Prgjyotishpur (the ancient name for Guwahati) to imprision King who was devotee of Lord Shiva and later killed.
Why people still do not know anything about it? Anyway my aim was to find this new location which was unknown to people of Guwahati. After two three trips r I found the exact way from the Lankeshwardham priest and try to search on 22nd May 2011.
It is from Gurshukh cross rood on NH37 after Birla Balaji templ on the left side while going to airport. As we were approaching the hill off the main town toward jungle there was very little information to the local residents of the area. At last we found an arch which took us almost a kilometer inside the hill in totally remote area. Name of the Shiv Ling known to local people is Pachdhara Dimbeshwar swamy. It was pleasant since it had rained that morning and there was mud road leading inside.
there is a Lord Ganesha temple on the half way unfinished unmaned. On walking down for 500 meter down the hill there was a stream and Shiva Ling. There is no temple but it was so natural and beautiful that an artificial temple would spoil the beauty. Shivling is on the center of clean stream flowing down the hill. We took photograph and while returning found three more devotee who also came with a donation box to develop the place.
Since then on my way back to Hyderabad from Guwahati every third Sunday I visit the place and within few month. Every time I visit the place there is some new development and at last they put the board of Bhimashankar Dham. People visit from different part of country from UP, Rajistan to Assam. However still this is not a well known place to Assamies and rest of Indians.
You can see Lord Shiva and His family on clossing eyes.

Christmas in Russia
Jan 7th 2011 I was meditating in the morning when I saw Cross and Lord Jesus, it was Friday so I thought it may be his day.
At night when watching Russian TV they showed how in Russia they celebrate Christmas on 7th Jan since communists had banned any religious activity.
They make food at home for 40 days and do not take non vegitarian, it is more religious festival than 25th Dec, when people eat and enjoy food only.

Why am I in North East?
I was feeling depressed and started meditating for longer time since my last return. Today evening Jaydeep Choudhary a 45 years old male came for followup after cerebral hematoma on right side of basal ganglia in 3rd Dec 2009. He came to see me last in Sept. 2009 after getting instruction from an old lady in a temple to go to Chennai to stop sleeping medication.
Without my knowledge I had stopped Frizium (anti epileptic and tranquilizer ) last time. When he was asking about what should he do to prevent recurrence I suggested him to meditate and communicate with God.
Since 1993 he has been getting instructions from Lord Krishna. Once he was told to wait for 15 mins. for rain, and it followed. He was knowing before what a person is going to say. He was a rash driver and once met with an accident but survived.
Before his last stroke he had a dream of his son performing death rite (Tarpan) wearing white dress. He was sure one of them (wife or him) to die. During his stroke he was told that this time he would survive but not to repeat mistake.
Since stroke he has been cut off from divine instruction. We meditated for 45 mins with darshan of all Gods. He saw Lord Krishna.

Why did I come to Guwahati?
Dr Gib was 56years old working in Apollo Hyderabad as Marketing manager. He met GNRC Chairmen and joined the institution Jan. 2010. He was a fatherly, loving and caring everyone. His sister is suffering from ovarian carsinoma and daughter had to go abroad for higher studies. He wanted to expand GNRC, working almost 12-18hours a day getting energy from smoking.
My wife had angiogramed him and found diffuse diseases of coronaries. July 2010 he called her to visit Guwahati and then me to see the hospital. I was already prepared to go out somewhere, bought new dress and told Dr Nip at IIIT in March that I may go out next year.
My niece staying at tea garden near Tejpur, dreamt of me an my wife visiting her home but not where they were in Assam even a week ago my visit. Soon they got transferred near Siliguri WB.
I joined the institution, realizing the divine will. Starting neurology after three years was not difficult, new setting and patient was a good change. I was visiting alternate weeks.
Visited Kamkhya, Sukreshwar and Balaji temple in first visit and soon traveling around to see Umanand, Vasishth, Lankeshwar, Hajo Hiagreev, Madan Kamdev, Kedarnath temples.
My family came in Nov 2010 to visit Kaziranga, and Tawang. On 19th Dec 2010 night Dr Gib had massive heart attack and collapsed.
It was difficult for me to accept for a moment, but my job was different, came home at 5am and meditated to release the Great soul from Maya. After meditation, I had a short nap with vivid dream of seeing myself entering in a small prayer room. Opened a long book (encyclopedia) first chapter, but empty pages, went into deep meditation. Dream ended with seeing GNRC our Chairmen. After waking up I was feeling very light and could not trace the soul.
Hospital was preparing to emblem the body and preparing for respectful departure to Hyderabad with me, it reached before us. Dip GNRC employee came with me via Delhi.
Next day we went to console the dear ones. My return was on Dec 26th after a hectic week of consulting and counseling patients, flight was delayed for 4hours and later five hours. I had to cancel due to fog in Delhi and rush at Kolkata.
Next day onwards my mother developed high fever and breathlessness, for a week we had to wake up at night till she recovered and I returned to GNRC on 2nd Jan 2011.
Everything has changed not from outside but I was feeling same like returning to Sri Lanka after tsunami in 2004 Dec. I started meditating more to keep in touch with beyond.

Warning dream
Verna called to tell that she has seen Shyam Sing in her dream warning her not to go out on 10th of July 2010. She is going to Chinnai for Autism conference on 7th. Conference is on 9th and 10th July. She has fear of warning.
Shyam Sing has told her to go to Chinnai and pray God to protect her.
6th July she came to see me, she was anxious and developed hyperacidity. She was not sure whether to go to Chinnai or not. We sat in meditation but there was no answer.
She has not told it to her husband who is nonbeliever.
Her elder daughter heard her chanting Gayatri Mantra and Om Ganpathi Namh at 1am, but she did not.
I told her to go to Chinnai under protection of Ganesh Gayatri Mantra.
July 11th
She went to Chinnai and every day therer was a phone call with impending fear. When I called her yesterday she was relieved with laughter for troubling me.

Falling Dream
Kamoni called me in the morning to tell that her father had a dream of falling from a hill in a valley with his old partner and he had seen his death. He has also seen his younger brother who has died last year. He thinks he may die soon.
They are getting Durga Havan at home on Saturday the Jestha fullmoon day. Sristi was crying knowing that they had come yesterday for meditation leaving her at school.
Interpretation:(http://Dreamsmood.com)
Car Accident: To dream of a car accident, symbolizes your emotional state. You may be harboring deep anxieties and fears. Are you "driving" yourself too hard?
Falling: As with most common dream themes, falling is an indication of insecurities, instabilities, and anxieties. You are feeling overwhelmed and out of control in some situation in your waking life. This may reflect the way you feel in your relationship or in your work environment. You have lost your foothold and can not hang on or keep up with the hustle and bustle of daily life. When you fall, there is nothing that you can hold on to. You more or less are forced toward this downward motion without any control. This lost of control may parallel a waking situation in your life.
Falling dreams typically occur during the first stage of sleep. Dreams in this stage are often accompanied by muscle spasms of the arms, legs, and the whole body. These sudden contractions, also known as myclonic jerks. Sometimes when we have these falling dreams, we feel our whole body jerk or twitch and we awaken from this jerk. It is thought that this jerking action is part of an arousal mechanism that allows the sleeper to awaken and become quickly alert and responsive to possible threats in the environment.
According to biblical interpretations, dreams about falling have a negative overtone and suggest that man is acting and walking according to his own way of thinking and not those of the Lord.
