This morning, immediately after waking, I was listening to a video https://youtu.be/3Dzey8V8mls?si=luF44XRgymNJy00D . While meditating on the suggested technique, I felt a profound sense of oneness with Brahman, and that the Self was distinct from the body. However, later, everyone seemed to merge into me. It was a feeling of Oneness I've experienced before, but this time it persisted even after the meditation concluded. On chechiing planetary position at that time Jupiter was rising at the Lagna.
